4.1.  Upon arrival, Prime Apartments will request a copy of any of the following Personal Identification e.g National Identity Number(NIN), Drivers License and International Passport.

6.1.  When you submit debit card data when making a reservation payments, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology is used to guarantee a secure transaction.
6.2.  Prime Apartments takes reasonable technical and security measures, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, to protect your personal data against illicit or accidental destruction, accidental alteration or loss, and unauthorized access or disclosure.

Exercising your Rights for Modification/Deletion
7.1.  You have the right to access your personal data collected by Prime Apartments and to modify it subject to applicable legal provisions.
