In cash: you pay at the office or at the apartment after your check in

We will provide you a receipt and if necessary with a copy of the receipt

In cash at the bank: you pay to our settlement account, at any bank

Please, ask the manager for our account details and complete the payment

By cashless settlement: sign a contract at the office, get an invoice

Pay by transfer order at the bank. Do not forget to get a receipt.

Early check-in can be arranged for an extra charge

from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm - 50% of daily rate

from 00.00 pm to 8.00 am - 100% of daily rate

Late check-in can be arranged for an extra charge

from 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm – 50% of daily rate

from 6.00 pm to 00.00 pm – 100% of daily rate

Early check-in and late check-out are only possible when we do not have a guest checking out or checking in that day
